The rooms (we were already in various rooms building) are very clean. The breakfast buffet is varied and the dinner varied and delicious. We were very pleasantly surprised, that it was a budget hotel and very good hotel in South Tyrol is. The food in the Untertheimerhof warhervorragend. A real South Tyrolean food, the UNDP rice wines were good value. We are a mature couple and 68 73 years, are very spoiled with food and accommodation.
