I have stayed in some hostels, which belongs to the upper Average. However, we were there at a time (March), it is still relatively quiet. If it is full, it to difficulties.
The best hostel old town is located in the Stockholm old city (Gamla Stan), partly with a view of the water, and with the public means of transport very good to reach.
The hostel has more than 200 beds (Single room until 14-bed room) on several floors.

The hostel is great for young traveling alone, couples as well as Groups. It is located direct on the quayside of the Stockholm old town and offers from many windows a fantastic view over the port or the Stockholm Däche.
the check in takes place problemless, even in the middle in the summer we could still at short notice two beds for a extremely reasonable price get. Payment can both bar as well as by EC-map show. The front desk is around the hour open.

First of all, we must say, that due to the website of the hostel a different idea of the rooms and the hostel in general had. Presented pictures on the website must belong to another hostel/Hotel. Fortunately, we had booked a family room with private bathroom. The showers and toilets on the floors are a bit hard to get used to, depending on the users.
The front desk looked very chaotic and the bed sheets, which we got, was partly stained.

The location of the hostel is really great. I think this is also, however, the only good thing about this hostel.
It has quite a lot of room but only a full kitchen (with stove). At the front desk the hostel will really in order. The room I was with my friends, was however rather steep. In the attic with two windows. And very dirty carpet. The best is yet to come first. The hostel should actually be sure it has to code the rooms to come. The hostel is impressive above all because of the very good location in the heart of Stockholm, close to the absolute centre royal Castle and it. For a hostel everything is fine, in other words the room and the bathroom were clean, you can use the kitchen, but of course you should not expect any luxury or high standard for such a cheap rate.
