Hotel location
Puerto del Carmen, the main tourist and leisure center of the island, is 2 miles away (between 30 and 45 minutes walking along the sea promenade). 50 meters away from the complex there is a commercial area: supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, live music...and two 18 holes golf courses, 4 miles and 9 miles away (designed by John Harris).

24 h. reception. Money exchange. Housekeeping service. Buffet restaurant: breakfas, half-board and all inclusive. 7 swimming pools (3 with section for kids and 4 heated during winter season). 2 poolside snack-bars. Rent a car. Rent a bike.

Extensive bungalowanlage with several different names (Green Bay, las cascadas, las gaviotas) and about 150 bungalows in different equipment and sizes, condition from the outside all very well maintained. All with small garden, Table, chairs and pool chairs with mats. possible Catering breakfast, half board or all inclusive guests when we were there to 90% English, all seniors from 60 upwards.

We were there for the seventh time, and we enjoyed it every time very well.
Since this year there is an extra charge of Euro " " superior bungalows. These are newly renovated, have new furniture, a flat-screen TV without extra charge, air-conditioning etc. we are testing November.
The food (half board) was good and varied. Every evening there was meat or fish from the grill-highly recommended!
A shopping center with two small supermarkets, bars, restaurants, small shops is within walking distance.

Very old, worn-out bungalows. Cleaning lady should be five times, there was 2 times, very unclean. Towels were changed 2 times per week. Food very english for, especially breakfast. In the all inclusive very little to choose from. Every detail must be requested, then you get almost everything. Cleanliness in the restaurant also rather moderate, tables have always stuck.
Area with pools so far OK.
It was the worst holiday from the atmosphere, which I ever have booked through TUI. Am disappointed from TUI something so a plant to offer at all!

Very good price/performance ratio. Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Beach, restaurants, bars etc. everything could be easily reached by foot, otherwise the beach cheap rent bikes. Not in the middle of everything but OK. for the instruction without action. Unfortunately in all bars around english entertainment: Fehrnseh -football nonstop. Day trips are worthwhile themselves. I would have to say the only thing i liked about the Bungalows was that they have a very nice patio area outside with 2 sunbeds and patio set, so you did'nt have to go to the beach everyday.

we were origionaly in gaviotas 5 which didnt suit because we had small children and the main road was right by our front door, but when we asked to be changed the staff were very nice and had no problem helping us out and moving us.
