After 2008 from this hotel absolutely loved this time, we had to make some drawbacks. 5 Stars are only the price, approximately 170 € for the night double room with breakfast for the mentioned standard are inadequate. I had a week prior to arrival by mail requested a room on the top floor, this fact was confirmed and ensured that try to allow. When we arrived the room was already in the 1 . The hotel depicting heroic workers loom over shoppers 5 stars. Just to fulfill their way, this Standard, but not. This is why we arises from the following categories.
Our room was absolutely in order. Everything very modern decor. Our room had a little kitchenette. You may/shouldn't cook in the room (probably because of the smoke alarm on the ceiling). A great hotel, 4 years old and very modern decor. Great room with separate living and sleeping areas. The bed mattress was too hard. The hotel is perfectly clean, in addition there is nothing to criticize. There were as good as no Germans in the hotel. Almost everything Portuguese or English (obviously with above average income). The hotel is incredibly clean, the staff was super friendly and anticipates your every wish was fulfilled. The only drawback: bad for children. Even though it was a holiday with our stay was the kids club closed, no playground available and the football pitch closed. The facility is quite new, modern and well arranged (not too big). Basically everything made a clean, neat impression. The guests were very mixed (German, English, Portuguese), no we noticed annoying. There were small and large families, couples and other groups (e.g. B. golfing groups to) represented.
