The hotel is directly on the lake and close to the city center, so you can good on the boardwalk in the center within walking distance. The rooms are large, very well furnished and had a marvelous view of the lake and the volcano Osorno, the summer showed its snow cone. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, for example, we have been given good restaurant recommendations, although the hotel itself has a good restaurant. The front desk called without hesitation at a restaurant to get a reservation for us to carry.

The hotel is very attractively designed. The reception area, the bar and restaurant are wood-paneled. Restaurant and bar have a wonderful view of the lake and the volcano (when visible). The hotel is quite large and, besides the hotel rooms, also has bungalows. Breakfast was included in the price.
I had a very nice room with a small vestibule with seating area. The actual sleeping area was, however, quite narrow. There is also only one chest of drawers, and no desk. But that is often the case in holiday hotels, unfortunately. There are... Read more
