Staff was very unfriendly and spoke only English, although we speak spanish and understand. We had to our departure dates at the Organizer at our expense questions by phone, because they told us, that no Infofax of Veranstaller arrived. It was not a pleasant experience, as the left etag Infofax then the date from the day before with visible from a wall.
