This hotel is absolutely not suitable for Germans civilized guests. Since the Russian & Poland is located at 99%, is the whole area (inclusive) restaurant on this clientele voted. Tasteless food or total of salt. To a large extent are no plates, cutlery or glasses for drinks available. That is great patience and wait. We have all used & restaurant times always have to wait. No vacation for which want to see the country. Could not go out of the hotel, were right by some dudes chatted up. Had to pay for the slides at the hotel. At the slides are the butt almost torn up, because the were so chunky. The food was always cold, there was every day, pasta and potatoes. Travel guide total rude. All entertainers/any other staff and pushy and friendly. No open restaurants, only the restaurant was open. It doesn't always all inclusive but we had to pay extra for almost everything, for cocktails popcorn ice cream. Read more

The complex is simply beautiful! Everything is well-arranged according to the typical southern style. The rooms and bungalows are comfortably large. At the beginning, problems with the room were handled very quickly after having a brief exchange with the receptionist. Air conditioning, TV, hair dryer . . . everything one needs is available. We were looking for a cheap and good hotel and found. All in all, you get a good hotel and very clean simple nature. The complex is very large and therefore quiet. The staff went out of their way and creating a good atmosphere. The only deficit was the food. Here there was a large selection, but with a few exceptions always the same. A really beautiful hotel, we can only recommend it. Very suitable for familes with kids. Much importance is paid to cleanliness. Our room was adequate. One spent most of one's time outdoors. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff was always very friendly. They could speak different foreign languages. One could converse with them well.
