The offer in the various areas of the food was not balanced, so you could for example in the sweet Desserts certainly between 20 to 25 different cakes- and cakes, select to fruit there were only apple cut and in the water buoyant ( water from the bottle or as the management could not be answered ) oranges geachtelt and dates, in 14 days bananas.

We were this year the third time in the Ciadel Azur and definitely not regret. The service in total area of the hotel, no matter wether lobby with front desk and guest service ( many love regards in isabell and Lucia) and bar, restaurants or beach, is excellent and emerging problems ( if there are any) are immediately fixed. We were this year very much in the Italian restaurant and in the café Mozart the Irischcoffee and cream Brülee. Very excellent. Despite conflicting opinions we can the hotel only recommend. Read more

We were 2010 already once there. 2012 we again this complex and were not disappointed. Despite 80% Russians, but all behaved, it was again a lovely relaxing vacation. Any staff tried the desire from the eyes to read. Here we were safe not for the last time. Read more

The complex was very clean, the offered service, whether in the lobby or at the beach is exemplary ( drinks were brought to your beach chair ).
Evenings there was daily a country theme (International, Egypt, Mexico... )

Now the 1900-0900 were in Egypt, all hotels have found as well, the Citadel but it has a lot more, very good management, friendly and attentive staff, not only on tip from 2011 will return, we recommend the theme restaurants, a fitness room is very well appointed, and the staff is very competent THANKS.
