City Art Boutique Hotel

The hotel is brand new and modern, five minute walk to the town square of Russian (center), where restaurants. the hotel staff was very nice and spoke very good English. The double room was relatively new and modern decorated, very spacious and clean. Although in the 1 . Floor and toward the street side it was pleasantly quiet in the night. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and they spoke very good English so no communication problems.
