The service was always very nice and with typical Berlin snout. We stayed with the young woman at the front deskthe breakfast cafe a lot laughed and US heartfelt included felt ☺ With technology was lacking it somewhat (generally no choice card Payment possible, Expression of the Bill was, when we paid cash have, not possible, but could the bill later quick pick-up).

We were as a family in the December in the guest house. We really enjoyed it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable freshly renovated. We had actually a double room with extra bed booked and without extra cost a 4-bed-room. This is what I call really service.
