This hotel promises and we have four stars at the time of booking trusts. We stayed in the Hinterhofgebäude, which absolutely no soundproofing. The floors creaked, cough and crackle of bags from the neighbors were to be heard. It was just awful. The rooms are tiny, a mini-bar or similar for no space. The only acceptable was the breakfast with friendly service. Maybe it is in the main building better, but I can not judge. For us it is not even a star justified. Read more

The hotel is located in the center of hall is highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The hotel is very clean and has a very good atmosphere. There is even a sauna. The hotel is okay for a night. However, we understand the four stars: there is no lobby, the front desk has a bit of a kiosk, the rooms are quite standard, bathroom very small, the breakfast room uncomfortable, the price too high. When we arrived the toilet was-glasses totally dirty and not usable, and after a long journey! The receptionist said, that this would be dealt with and called for the maid. But that was the case, for it was already finished. Here you have to offer them perhaps another room or at least one other toilet.

Night for a night with multiple people at an event at the University. The staff was very courteous. The rooms were of a good size and bright. All rooms have a kitchenette. The only complaint would be the size of the TV and the materials used in the bathroom did not correspond to the 4 -star classification. This was by fruit basket and Halloren balls more than made up for it. Hall next time we'll be back! Read more

The hotel is a very individual water tower, the hotel made a very pleasant impression. Due to the location in an older building with entrance to Hinterhofbebauung it differs from the very modern "Zweckbauten". There is no reception counter as in most other 4 -star hotels, but only one window, similar to a ticket office on "half Steps". This structural defect, however, by a friendly greeting outweighed by the staff.
