The hotel has room on 3 floors of vasiour sizes, though I do not know how many (would guess around 20). Ther hotel has a breakfast room but no restaurant. Terms are bed and breakfats or I believe room only. The building is traditional in style but modern. There is a lift to all floors, and guests have a card system for night time access to the lobby. Family rooms are a good size.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast.TV has a video link for live coverage of the mountains if you are planning a day up the alps. Windows are in good need of repair, never shut first time of open first time either.
Rooms fine, beds comfortable, no minibar, which would have been handy as the weather was very warm. If its National Swiss day expect a noisy night, all depends where your room is situated though.

Yes, you can probably book cheaper accommodation, but in Lauterbrunnen, there's lots of places around that will be more expensive and do not offer you the cheerfull service, great breakfast and, depending on the room, stunning views of this amazing valley.

Not only does this hotel have a very friendly staff that will go out of it's way to help you with anything, it has lots of options when it comes to rooms and it has one of the best kitchen for reasonable money.

The rooms were not bad, the bathroom was like a box in the superior double room, it seemed like it was made out of plastic, I was scared that the toilet would come off the wall when you sit on it, the room view was amazing but the balcony was full of dust, there were no complimentary tea, coffee or a bottle of water in the room for the price we paid , there were no elevators too, To be honest what you see on their website is not what you get.
