I felt uncomfortable!
Service is a strange word! Example: I had when booking a parking desired, as I in the evening after 23:00 o'clock arrived I was told :' could wish for you a lot!' when checking out then, if you wanted the non-existing parking calculate! (there is a parking garage with a neighboring hotel, that me on arrival however not communicated!)

The hotel is for city-traveller okay as a short get away, especially the location at Gendarmenmarkt wonderful is very good.
