The property was booked because of its proximity to the airport. Staff slow and incompetent.
Sheets were clean, but the mattress and the rest of the room was dirty. Accommodation is in a rundown apartment block hall Neustadt. Not very welcoming.
The cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Also the low standard of cleanliness can be expected. Tip: lay a few euro more and book another hotel. Read more
