From the outside it looks like a small castle, the inside was already a bit older, but it was renovated and expanded, so it was a bit dusty and noisy. It is diagonally opposite a metro station and a large supermarket, a couple of small pubs (we recommend 'Gaby's') are in the immediate vicinity. The size and the number of rooms are good. Next to a large sleeping area had the room a large bathroom and a large, walk-in closet room. The cleanliness is very poor. The bathrooms are in a very poor condition. In the residential room was for example. The toilet flush was limited. The towels were partly dirty (your cushion??? ). It is a little larger what a traveler who business people and tourists of all ages. From the outside it made a very homey impression. Inside would require a renovation from bonus, with everything clean and neat. We had booked breakfast. You are not allowed to have demanding as it was very well arranged, namely the selection was very low. The US is not far away, you should not worry about is that there is no real dishes but paper plates and cups. But you can get full.

The hotel is situated just a few meters from the underground station Sherbourne away. We had a room on the fifth bit with 2 full size beds, with a walk-in closet and iron/ironing board and television. The bathroom had a bath and was more than adequate. Parking is at the hotel for $20 /day. Complimentary wireless Internet access in the room, one need a code at the front desk. We were on a tour of Canada at this hotel twice. The hotel is situated just a few meters from the underground station Sherbourne away. Tim Hortons is also right on the corner (cheap and very good cafe).
