The hotel in general
You can choose between 109 single or double rooms (non-smoking of course, although we do also have smoking rooms) or if you are in the mood for company, our lobby fireplace is the perfect place for fireside chats. An informal atmosphere is often the most productive one – and a perfect one for our regular guests to renew friendships.
Hotel location
One useful aspect for guests arriving by car: You do not need to search for us as we are in easy reach of the autobahn. And as soon as you arrive, free parking is waiting for you together with many opportunities to get around or explore the area as well as the old town of Magdeburg, even without your car.
Gastronomy in the hotel
Highly recommendable. The restaurant is not only open for lunch and dinner but also for the breakfast buffet. The light furniture, pleasant table decorations, white tablecloths, flowers and coloured candles create an atmosphere that invites you to linger. And when it is time for a savoury treat, enjoy the culinary inspirations of Marcel Arnecke, our restaurant chef. He is happy to reserve one or more of his 70 seats just for you and treat you to perfect cuisine and service from him and his team.

Before going to bed at night and after getting up in the morning, what can be nicer than our well furnished and beautiful rooms with their warm colours and a view just for you. The view depends on the season here: Green in spring and summer, red in autumn and white in winter. All our rooms have a direct view of nature thanks to the hotel's quiet location, yet still you are just 8 minutes away from the old town.

We have stayed several times in this hotel, unfortunately this time we had to say, that it has become worse. The staff is friendly, the breakfast was very good but unfortunately there was a lack of cleanliness of the room, there were very many spider webs to see. Otherwise, the location is on the highway which was good and the centre of Magdeburg was also nice. Read more

as I said, for 1 or two days you can nothing wrong.
The rooms are rather small as usual conference but nice and clean.
The breakfast was not so great. It was not really bad, but the selection... Oh well. We have had better.

We went to the classic hotel felt very comfortable, although it was a little out of the way the city is. The staff was always very friendly, everything was spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffet rich and the dinner in the hotel restaurant was very delicious. The beds in the rooms were comfortable and the windows could be darkened sufficiently. Only a second night table would have been nice, we didn't miss. This hotel I was pleasantly surprised. For a three star hotel it is just amazing.
The rooms are clean; the bathroom had a shower with good water pressure. Mattress appeared to be brand new, was firm. Windows in any noise from the outside. As the hotel is right next to a main road is, you should, however, with the windows closed-with open window sleep I could imagine it was not as nice, even though the traffic at night was kept in limits.
