, we were the first time and to 100% not for the last time. Especially the friendliness of the staff was unbeatable, no matter wether front desk, bar or dining room all staff were, exceedingly friendly and took every still so small problem immediately and it was remedied. Also-the park similar complex was a feast for the eyes. Certainly is the complex 30 years old, and if you have a magnifying glass are looking for, you something, but it is on vacation and here we are, no stress for details. Read more

We were as a family with a Klenkind (18 months) right next to the hall of Mirrors accommodated, in the allabendlcich the dance was being held. Wonderful at noise a child for a good night's sleep to bring.
Worse was however the Unflexibuilität (indifference?) at our washed after a room changing.
Besondeerrs unbearable it was, as in the ' Ladenstraßenfest ' the music endlessly noisy until 00:30 played. Even with the window closed it was unbearable. Great when the baby as always around 7:00 is awake and you hardly relaxation the flaccid finds..... Read more

... the daily changing quality. It is however not acceptable in a expensive all inclusive Club for example for aperol 2,20 euros extra be required. In return for some endowments (golf Abschlagsplatz and the mini golf course ) not maintained at all and repaired, condition 70's.
the service staff also has the value of their guests unrecognized and acts accordingly. In particular
pool bar area need plenty of training.

3 years ago we were the last time in this hotel and it was a disaster.
we now have again attempted and we were pleasant surprised!
it has a lot to positive changed for example the old carpet from the
hotel rooms removed and tiles have been replaced. Also the new Odd
were very nice selected. A large shortcoming has however still the kitchen ( exception the gala evening).
but, I drive not only to eat on vacation and the coffee in the afternoon on the terrace las gaviotas
makes everything again good!

The resort is located in a beautiful setting, it is a lot of stairs every day on the way to the beach, but this is also the burn calories you urgently need at the great buffet :-) the bungalows are very nice and in any case rather than to book a room in the hotel, since the hotel without air conditioning, this fantastic weather an absolute must!
