we had extra a club vacation booked, but eventual on reason the time of the year were the entertainers in the winter! As sad.
had 2 double room booked, and when we arrived, they told us, there are unfortunately no choice 2 double room is free! We were given a families-Sweet... Could then on the next day move!
almost hardly one of the employees spoke German, it is at the front desk, the waiters or the entertainers

The hotel probably belongs to the smaller areas. There are 5 level and a level and L level and waiter.
At first glance the hotel very clean and clearly structured from!
As so often in reviews mentioned :' lots of Russians' I cannot confirm this!
We were in the 17 days all nationalities met... Whether Dutch, Poland, Austrians or German, it was from all something thereby.

the hotel had to probably save electricity, it was totally dark in the hallways and in the staircase. A older lady is even the stairs falle down, but the staff has nobody face. ☹ You had always the feeling, the one the staff this hotels troubled.
the size of the rooms was OK and the furnishings functional and neat. It was cleaned daily.
the staff were too many unfriendly. The front desk was with staff manned, neither German even understand English.
BUT THERE WAS ALSO A exception ☺ ALI THAT WAS the ONLY nice waiter!

Small, nice but poorly managed Hotel. I think there is someone at the top of the hotel which I have no idea in this industry. A shame-was ten times in Turkey, was by far the worst kitchen. The absolutely worst was the condition of the beach. And the cleanliness at the pool bar. Read more
