the hotel lies at the Northern the end of the bloody Bay of Negril.
from the airport in Montega Bay drive took about an hour. But quite quick had passed since our bus driver (reveals the TUI) for the whole ride over the village and rivers explained. There are always tourist that the hotel appears to have given, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time.
the buffet was all right, not so very large, but the staff were very hard-working.
we had already better but also worse buffets, the choice was okay, unfortunately only very little cakes to choose from.
and at peak times (as in most hotels in the world), very noisy and crowded.
the rooms spacious and very clean, the mini bar totally class, everything was every day filled.
the overall feeling of the area was clean and attractive.

We were 4 years ago in this hotel. The service, food and drinks as well as the cleanliness in the restaurants ( overall in the outdoor area) is absolutely to negative changed. I will not here in detail behave ( could one a novel writing) but the ' Negativbewertern ' I can only agree with (did not really believe). all inclusive as far as passable. Staff mostly friendly.
but very bad beach: hardly any sand, but much limestone and such Gebrösel -called: rocky beach! Hardly shade!

we felt good overall!
the only what little bothering was, they were many guests ☺ a lot to large hotel and constant change of guests. Many are from Canada and only 3-7 days. Mostly the wedding guests and party.

The grounds are beautiful and spacious, we had a room about five minutes away from the pool after a few days of the way but it took five minutes longer, since the 'no problem' and cosy mentality of the Jamaicaner and you always relaxed and slow-you feel like you are really on holiday ? -The drinks at the bar to wait a bit, you'll get used to it quickly!
