Hello we have a vacation clubhotel riu Buena Vista in (24 December 2011-04 January 2012) experienced. The so-called four star hotel safe is only 2 star. The rooms have not been cleaned as it should be. On the fourth day we have tried in our room the towels exchange, which has not been done, and you will be reminded to think of the environment. US hygiene wasn't't but once the toilets were clean cleaned. The beds in our family rooms were worse than the beds you can find in a field storage erhaellt. Overall we were very happy with our vacation. We have felt ourselves very well in hotel. The furniture was partly not more so brand new and a bit worn, but it didn't bother us. It was everything clean and well maintained, the staff were always very friendly and the food was always very good. The entertainment in the evening were rather for children or older people, but okay. Highly recommended is a rental car, because the hotel a little off the beaten track. And you need to book all excursions otherwise. We would definitely stay there again. Read more

We are a young family and the hotel was very good, but I can honestly say that I was disappointed with the location! We are a small family but still perky! In the place where the hotel is nothing los! So we had to always with the hotel bus service to Playa de las Americas, this is a little more complicated with a toddler!
