The Eastern European guests have no eating culture. You plunk full plates without consideration for other guests and food not on it. The hotel .com in Albena has about 700 rooms and we had all inclusive. It was called it was a hotel for youngsters, but we found only Romanian families. We were the only guests under the age of 25 stay free.
The rooms were just plain horrible. When we walked in, we saw a cockroach first spiders and everywhere. It was all very dusty and dirty and the bathroom and also the room wall with mold.
