Very helpful, friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom, fresh clean towels and almost all 2 days weekly change of linen; rooms are not very big, however functional. We were lucky, a small terrace to have, so you outside sit, if the weather and the temperature allowed.
The small breakfast area is tastefully and lovingly decorated. The breakfast is typically Italian: good coffee in all variants, warm croissants, butter, jam, cream cheese (O. Ham, sausage).

I would book it again. Fantastic location, central but quiet location. Very friendly staff. The beds were also okay. A very pleasant hotel, if one Venice explore wanted-pure city hotel without other offered activities. Only breakfast, no restaurant, therefore beautifully calmly.

Only around the corner and you are right on the Markusplatz! Bathroom could have been a bit clean can be. Close location (but normal is). Very friendly and helpful staff. Catering breakfast possible -but it was enough in Venice completely! Read more
