Very pleasant hotel. Good location and decor-unfortunately without any kind of service. A five stars superior Hotel, in which the drinks from the bar to be picked up. Concierge and help with luggage available-some absolutely empty spaces. On request it says, this is Denmark as normal standard for German expectations of 5-star hotels rather unusual. Read more

... wait, only a part of the occupied! We wanted to visit Copenhagen and not our time in the waiting area of the hotel! On the long waiting periods mentioned, has been commented on enough staff. No word of regret!HCLFHLHallway in the room were up to 20 o'clock laundry car with up to ceiling stacked dirty; on the floor in the hallways was dirty dishes, the guests in their rooms had, for the evening but nobody felt responsible. Very good hotel-like the, what you want from a Merriott expected. We went with a group of German businessmen in the hotel (50 persons) Marriott. The entire preparation of travel of the reservation to checking out-was very difficult. Submission of content to a correct reservation confirmation it weeks! The agreements, in the run-up to the writing Eventmanager of the hotel made, were on site the individual departments (front desk, kitchen, room staff...) and had not known place again discussed and agreed. No complaints apart from advertising reduced event tickets for local amusement park (Tivoli) rides, and when requested at the Concierge desk, stated that they had "run out" - highly unlikely or poor service as these tend to be in ample supply, and are not numbered or day specific - bottomline is that the service at the Marriott failed to deliver on something well advertised - in April 11

everything was almost good but one of the staff was really rude , i can't believe that a 5 star hotel could have a Receptionist like him , and of course i'm talking about the chiens guy " chio " , I will never stay on this hotel again because of him, also i will not advies any of my friends to go there .
