Apartments with sea view
The apartments of the guest house built in 2006 are modern and comfortably furnished. You can choose between 2 German and 10 National TV channels as well as various music channels or simply adapt your iPod to the LCD flat screen TV.
Broadband wireless internet (ADSL) is free of charge.

Service of every kind is provided. If desired we serve breakfast either in the outdoor lounge or in your apartment. We organise your airport pick-up or transfer to the airport 24hours. Rental cars can be picked up on arrival at the airport or at the guest house. On request we carry out your shopping and fill your fridge according to your preferences. We take care of your laundry, organise tours to the various sights – self-drive or with an accredited tour guide , book appointments for an in-house massage and make reservations for restaurants in and around Cape Town.

Beds are made on a daily basis and the bathroom is cleaned everyday, too. Linen are changed every 4 days, more often if requested. Towels are changed whenever necessary. The apartments get a full-service clean every 4 days.
Our daily reception hours are from 9am to 6pm. We gladly book restaurants, tours or rental cars for you.
Breakfast can be ordered in advance for R 100, yet all apartments have fully equipped kitchenettes.
On request a full body massage by a qualified therapist can be arranged in your apartment.
Should you wish to be collected at the airport, we organise a transfer for you. Please inform us in advance if you bring surfing equipment so we can book your transport accordingly
We also organise guided tours with a driver to all popular sights.

This apartment is located on the upper level facing garden and pool. It offers stunning views over the ocean and provides a double bed. The 34 sq metres apartment is furthermore equipped with a breakfast table and chairs, a sofa and a desk for your laptop. If desired we also supply an extra bed.
Apartment „Da Pool” (2 Person)
Located on the ground floor, this 34 sq metres apartment has direct access to garden and pool. It is furnished with a double bed, a breakfast table with chairs, a sofa and a desk for your laptop. If desired we also provide an extra bed.
Apartment „Da Wave” (2 Person)
The apartment is on the upper level facing garden and pool. It offers stunning views over the ocean and provides a double bed. The spacious 40 sq metres apartment is equipped with a breakfast table and chairs, a sofa and a desk for your laptop. If desired we also supply an extra bed.
Apartment „Da Beach” (4 Person)
The apartment floored with gum wood is on the upper level and has a balcony and a lounge area with a sofa, coffee table, 2 folding tables and 4 folding chairs for dining on the balcony or in the apartment. Enjoy the views over the ocean and Table Mountain from this 55 sq metres apartment. The front bedroom is overlooking the ocean while the other bedroom is facing the garden. The “Da Southeaster” is located on the upper level, has a balcony and a lounge area with a sofa, a coffee table, 2 folding tables and 4 folding chairs for dining on the balcony or in the apartment. The size of the apartment is approximately 60 sq metres. Views over the ocean can be enjoyed from the lounge area as well as from the balcony. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom whereas the other bathroom is accessible from the lounge area. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds.

I spent 4 fantastic weeks in Da Heim on a windsurfing holiday. The accomodation was excellent - very clean with excellent facilities - there are a number of apartments to choose from to cater for groups of different sizes. The staff were both professional and friendly. Da Heim has a communal pool and grass sunbathing area, perfectly situated as it is sheltered from the wind and picks up the sun the whole day - perfect for the non-windsurfing partner. Da Heim is a guest house of premium quality, the management is superb, one feels like at home. The staff is supporting one in finding out interesting events, tours an so on and is making all the reservations.
Linen are changed frequently.
The management is from Germany so the guest house is a great location for people from Germany, Austria or Swizterland.

To make a long story short: This is just the perfect place for grown up wind- and kitesurfers! You get a really high end accomodation but right 100m to the beach and with everything you always wanted: Big garage to leave your stuff, fresh water hose behind the house to clean your stuff, fresh water outside shower to clean yourself, space to rigg your stuff in front of the house and last but not least a 25m pool either to do some warm up laps before surfing or to do some serious workout.
