The general competence and the foreign language competence of the staff was perfect. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner and at the front desk was very well-advised and cared. The room cleaning was sensational. The service staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was renovated this year. The decor is ultra modern and you will feel at ease. The location of the hotel is very good, since it was so easy to get the shopping street. It is about eight minutes. The road connection to the main station is also just opposite of the hotel. ... I was one of the first guests in this hotel. Here one was a dump. The rooms are very nice, great view of the skyline from Frankfurt. Bistro super new equipped, the meals are prepared before the eyes of the guests. The bar in the evening well visited. Read more
