The hotel consists of the main building (7 floors) and 2 wings (3 floors). The whole hotel and also the corridors were clean, tidy and not musty defendendo.
The guest structure is from young to old and across the whole continent. Although this time comparatively many Germans altogether in the hotel and park were present.
Check-in was very fast, but as it turned out had the lady at reception, nevertheless they spoke German, my credit not a negotiable instrument for the Disneycard and the express check out was ignoniert. The rest was perfect a... Read more

As already mentioned several times the hotel had a general renovation, the cleanliness of the bathroom was okay, but when we were there with mold approach, the cover on the Badewannenfront did not closed (we fail to look but behind). The room safe did not deserve the name really, is rather a lockable Blechbox. The room was spacious and functional otherwise.

The hotel is only beautiful at first sight. Often worn furniture and so on.
The breakfast was partly not edible (coffee, scrambled eggs), some things were good (croissant, jam); our room on the ground floor was dark and unlovingly equipped. Terrace unusable, because right on the walk to the hotel.
The bar was nicely equipped, the service was good. Unfortunately, everything was too expensive, as everywhere in the Disneyland. The location to Disneyland is very good.
Conclusion: other hotels for example in Europa-Park are much better. Read more

Old and dirty, many defects in the room were not fixed! Quality of the food, no four stars level. Atmosphere noisy, stand in line at the breakfast and dinner. Front desk at the check-in a disaster, no or don't want to know! Prices in the restaurant and bar a rip-off. Read more
