We were as a part of the NRW rallies with our Automobilverein and had therefore evenings a private hall to celebrate: food was for design of the hotel very good, especially the Chicken Fricassee, ambience, and in particular the lighting but it was a bit uncomfortable. Altogether but we were satisfied. Particular emphasis should be on the front desk: without any problems check in and check-out, and when I sad on two children looked, the staff a great Teddy- Dorintbären got, it me a given-I thought that was really great! overall the service in the hotel convinced ( friendly, fit, low-key), the food is too very good and plentiful available ( buffet). In the room price is the use the well-equipped fitness and spa area included. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate and well equipped, you can hear little to nothing at all of neighboring rooms or the hallway. General assessment is ok. But it is a matter of debate to rate this hotel with 4 stars. It is clean and service is fine
There is a set of rooms which are really old and ugly. This should change. A 4 star hotel should not have this kind of rooms. It is more like a 2 star hotel
Service is fine but employees should improve their English skills
Internet connection is very limited. Besides, it should be free like many other hotels like Radisson, for example.
