It was a very pleasant stay. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Very korekktes and polite staff. The barman has recommended a special Eifel liquor. The ' Nelchesbirnen -Liquor'. On his suggestion we have visited the distiller in the neighboring town. This visit the distillery was excellent! The hotel has a small but nice sauna and very nice indoor swimming pool. The whole was taken care of by a very competent lifeguard. We have felt comfortable and we will visit the hotel again. Read more

The families apartment is located in an separate Gebäue about eight minutes walk from for breakfast. In the bathroom there was mold on the ceiling and mildew visible. Perhaps the separate building is too seldom inhabited/heated or in the fabric worn. Not recommended for families. Read more

Great setting for a relaxing getaway. Friendliness was very important. The food tasted great and my experience with other hotels top.
