The hotel, in particular the rooms and the staircase is located in a not acceptable condition for a supposedly three star hotel.
Despite room changing it was not possible a room to find in the carpet not absolutely dirty and with huge large stains was provided.
The beds were totally worn out. More than one night, you can't spend.
The bathroom whereas was reasonably clean, but is also getting quite old.
The staff were attentive and friendly. On breakfast we have because of of the filthy overall impression refrained.

Although this hotel close to the train station and on a busy road is when the window was closed, you can hear nothing. It is a hotel in a city and not in the country! Someone who is looking for peace claims to be outside. So now about the hotel. A very very hearty reception at the front desk and nice is that the extra bed for our 4 year old daughter was no charge. Rarely have I experienced a hotel, absolutely perfect, friendly and competent service, attentive service, unbeatable price/performance ratio. Not in every hotel in Halle an der Saale is the king guest so much as in this house. I would highly recommend it, especially for those on a city break this hotel is a cheap alternative to expensive hotels in the otherwise ample hall. Read more

Very good price/performance ratio, super friendly staff. Free Wireless Internet in the room, free of charge (sky) premiere. Very delicious food, a nice stay. Paken in the courtyard or in the garage. The city is easy to reach, only a few minutes walk.
Information available at the reception. All in all, we felt very comfortable. The hotel is a good base for a city break.
