I think Drury is probably a good property but this location seems to be lacking in customer service.

On two separate stays in Oct 2009 and Nov 2009 they ran out of breakfast food 45 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end and the jacuzzi was broken both times. - in March 10
We travel to Birmingham once a month and initially thought we had found the perfect property for our visits because of the extras and the price but to have encountered no breakfast and broken jacuzzi on both visits spaced one month apart doesnt rate this property very high in my opinion.
