Very relaxed yet professional the friendliness of the staff was a very big factor being. So this was our second time we stayed here and were able to overlook a few things: for example, the bathroom is tiny and the glass door in front of the toilet a laminate floor had no therefor the room. It was important that the parking garage and the lack of the chair between garage and front desk to purchase (two stairs carrying suitcases). The Econtelhotel is ideal for Berlin tours. The link bus (bus X9) and metro is very good, also to Tegel Airport. The hotel is located in a very quiet area in green surroundings, close to the spree and the castle Chalottenburg. The rooms including bath are small, but clean and conveniently furnished.
