We have stayed in quite a few ETAP hotels and knew that you don't expect luxury, but this hotel exceeded the other negative. For several days after we had booked, we had also corresponding a lot of bags. Unfortunately, there was no elevator in this hotel and you had it all laboriously on the staircase carry upstairs.
