The hotel is situated Close to the center in Portland. The lobby looks quite imposing and expected the room looking forward to it. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. As we had made a round trip of New England and mostly in motels and Inn's. Was happy to stay at a hotel staying. The room was very big and has a great view. But it was extremely worn and the bathroom was also beyond its prime. The carpet was sticky and the windows extremely leaking, luckily it wasn't raining. One last thing - although the wedding coordinator was very courteous through the whole planning thing, she asked to leave at approximately 8 pm the evening of our reception.

Another thing to add - we paid a pretty-penny to have an open bar for the entire reception and were sadly disappointed with the bar staff and services.
