Stay was pleasant!
The food was rather moderate, because every evening the same and if one came later to the meal, were the most things already, select'. The staff in the restaurant hardly came afterwards, everywhere there were dirty plates and glasses on the tables. For dinner you should rather early to get! The staff are very friendly!
The pool was all right, nevertheless you should before breakfast chairs reserve, if one still which want to get!

We enjoyed stay in this hotel very good. The staff in the restaurant and at the front desk is very nice and helpful. Although the hotel directly behind the shopping center is it nevertheless relatively quiet. The way to the beautiful Bay (right from the hotel) is also not far. The hotel complex altogether and the pool were very clean. The cleanliness of the rooms unfortunately was not so reasonable, the floors and the balcony were never correctly clean. Apart from that was for us everything great and we can only recommend the hotel!

We spent a week at the El Duque as a family with a 12-year-old child. For this age group is in the hotel nothing offered.
we had a superior studio extra bed, although we booked a 2-room-apartment booked, this did not stand available because the hotel overbooked was. The room was beautiful and modern however in very dunkelem brown painted therefore made it the room also very dark, also during the day you could without light not at all manage. we had here for the last night in Icod de los Vinos probelms. Was unfortunately no icing on the cake end to our Canary Islands travel. The size of the room was OK. Cleanliness left a lot to be leftover. We had the room F001 directly above the heating system? It was extremely noisy, the whole night on. We were promised for ten to hear the noise.
