Eldar Resort

The hotel is very nice, it was during our vacation also only half a year old. But the staff was not very friendly. Al we in the Eldar arrived, we were greeted by a very distant effective lady at the front desk received. Times friendly smile does actually not hurt. A beautiful designed complex with a but to cold outdoor swimming pool (measured 17 to 18 degrees) indoor swimming pool had 21 degrees and was all right. A tennis court, a showbühne on the not much going on was, beautiful spa area. The rooms were well cleaned and bed was always nicely decorated. In the outdoor area was not so much for cleanliness respected, there were only details but noticeable. Sticky tables already in the morning. The hotel is not bad only the staff. Cleanliness will not be capitalized the majority of the guests come from Russia. In this hotel this language spoken but as good as no German. Actually the hotel is not on German tourist set. The mini bar was not restocked. The safe was there, but no description like this open or closed goes. In the closet one has small possibility laundry cheat and is also so a thing. the hotel has only this year opened. All in all everything was clean and reasonable. Who however Looks for lack, find them. For example bad processed joints in bath or leaky place in the glass roof above the front desk. The durchtropfende water with a bucket in the basement fielded.
