The Erholungshotel Kaltenhauser is a traditional family-run hotel that was first namend in 1363 as a tavern for travellers. Since 1723 the Kaltenhauser family is proud to welcome guests from all over ther world. You can feel the past times in the hotel that reflects itself in many selected details that are kept in almost every part of the hotel. You will enjoy the peace and harmony in the Erholungshotel Kaltenhauser and find a true relexation.
Hotel location
Between the mountain peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" and the lush green "Kitzbüheler Grasberge" the hotel is ideal situated for your relaxation. The small village of Hollersbach guarantees for an optimum of relaxation. Only 2,5 hours from Munich, 1,5 hours from Salzburg the hotel is far enough to escape from a hectic routine in our lives, but yet very easy to get to!
Service at the hotel
At the Erholungshotel Kaltenhauser you will find a front desk, an elevator, a bar, indoor swimmingpool at 30° Celcius, sauna, sanarium, tepidarium and solarium in the wellbeing area. Our guests have free acsess to an internet terminal and free WiFi in the lobby area. During your stay we provide a bathing robe and towels for the wellbeing area. Parking is free, there is also free "under roof parking" upon availibility.
Gastronomy in the hotel
The kitchen is traditional with international influence. We are using regional products from surounding farms and local providers.

The erholungshotel kaltenhauser we have our first family vacation in the other countries. The hotel is beautiful and decorated in a traditional style and very clean. the rooms have large balconies with wonderful geranium as in Austria belongs. Lovingly were crystal lamps set up, what the rustic flair of the hotel in perspective. After relaxing night you could end the day with a varied breakfast buffet and good coffee start.
