The Internet was advertised with a 300 square meters large sauna. Upon arrival we were told by the staff that the pool is not usable. no deposit experience guest seen, only coach and bowling area. Breakfast was okay, but without any alternation. A guest was a tea drinkers, was not registered for two days. Friendliness was given, Room adequate. No fridge available and the towels were too few sockets, you don't know where to go. The room was very warm and street side too noisy. Result! The 'pension' (actually only the restaurant) has their Charme. Seemingly, though, that this house absolutely inept staff run! A high level of rudeness, incompetence and, above all, reluctance, one may expect in the dining/Hotel-industry any of the guests. I believe, that we had a total letdown, only by our consistent perseverance and cheerful disposition at the end to prevent. Oh...
