We stayed for a three day trip the hotel Andaluz Europa-Park picked on. Arrival: without problems, very well signposted and lots of parking spaces available for hotel guests. Front desk, front desk: very competent ladies who know their gelerntes heart pass (could be more personal...) room: nicely appointed rooms rather small with a tv and a double bed and a bunk bed for the kids had provided. Clean, functional, nothing more, nothing less... But for two nights enough food: 'Italian' were in Colosseum food. The menu promises a lot and it does ... Read more

We had a double bed end knirschende. Every time you turn it grit so, every time our daughter woke up. The four stars hotel in at these prices not! Also the pillows are now so flat located. An absolute no-go! The transition into the bathroom represents a danger of injury. Why this should be? Have never seen something like that! All in a harmonious experience Hotel. Only 'downside' the rooms are due to the tile everywhere were very loud... If one considers, the El Andaluz the oldest hotel of the Europe park is, there is nothing in terms of facilities and co to complain about. Read more

The 'El Andaluz' is a nice hotel, very clean, the service we found to be okay & breakfast buffet was really delicious. But the dinner wasn't't up to scratch: rather salty & the prices, we had expected something else. ☹ Rooms were clean, but very small for a five-headed family. The location of course is perfect, if you (like us) visitors to the Europa park theme park is! Conclusion: location, service & facilities good, meal 'part-part' & definitely excessive price for the size of the room. Read more
