Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night at the essentis, which was a shame, because we would have liked to stay longer. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and pleasantly furnished. The breakfast was very delicious and the selection varied. The food in the restaurant we didn't use, so I can not comment on. The small garden, directly on the river spree is (,). We have a nice almost a week in Berlin-the second after 2008, and this was by far the better. The staff was super friendly; we got grander water already at check in without asking. The service was friendly and eager to help with recommendations, a most positive surprise the menu, we ate the menu 1, and then a la carte, where we have eaten cooked fish and pasta; both a point or Al Dente and expertly prepared. For a price and manager to pick up from the hotel is pretty good.
Since the conversion into bio hotel and since the visit last year, the kitchen is even better, fresh and interesting-there is no on Wiederholunsgeffekt.

We stayed over the new year in this hotel. It is easily accessible by car and there are plenty of (free) parking lot on the hotel premises.
When entering the hotel we noticed a big stands with whisk creams, Scheibenenteisungs -spray bottle and various Frontscheibenabdeckungen to the eye. Great service-because the new year there was a lot of snow in Berlin. As we later noticed a Angestelltes has exempted of the hotel every morning generally all parked cars from the snow.
