Our Excelsior ¾ board includes
• A vigorous breakfast buffet with natural products, bio corner, topic breakfast from 07.30 to 11.00 o’clock
• A midday buffet with salads, snacks, soups and light dishes from 12.00 to 14.00 o’clock
• A wellness buffet with teas, juices and different cakes from 14.30 to 17.00 o’clock
• Every evening a connoisseur menu with a variety choice possibilities, salads-, starter- and dessert buffet with cheese dishes and a variety of fruits
• Vitamin- and vital bar in our “Castello di Dolasilla”
• Comfortable bath robes and slippers
• Basket with sauna and swimming-pool towels

The taste and creativity of our cuisine enthuses all palates. The dishes are prepared with fantasy by our chef de cuisine Rino De Candido, one of the best cooks in Italy.
Also our wine cellar "Grotta del Vino" with more then 300 different vines and our sommelièr Irene stay at your disposal.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
The Castello di Dolasilla beauty and SPA on 5 floors, offers a competent and professional staff, innovative beauty and wellness treatments for singles and couples. Relax yourself in our vast wellness area with panoramic swimming-pool, saunas and in- and outdoor Jacuzzi.
Our weekly sport program is various and includes guided excursions, mountain bike tours, Nordic walking, archery, climbing, acquagym, back gymnastic, Qi Gong, Pilates with our expert guide.
Our position is ideal, in the summer with the direct access to the Natural Park Fanes- Sennes-Braies and in the winter with the slopes right behind our house and directly connected to the Plan de Corones and the Sellaronda.
As member of the association Mountain bike Holiday our hotel has special offers for bikers. Your children will have lots of fun in our Juniors Kids Club with our assistant.

... The Excelsior is a family-run hotel, as a hotel guest you feel very in good hands. The hotel was since twice extended. Everything was very carefully thought out plan. The hotel guests enjoy short walks to the ski cellar, to the lift or the lounge and spa facilities. The staff were now even at the end of the ski season extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is located directly on the elevator and the town center with options for shopping is within a few minutes to reach on foot.

There purely nothing at all to complain about.
Particularly praiseworthy were the friendliness and warmth of the staff, the large and beautiful spa facilities, as the excellent food.
Furthermore is every day fitness and sport program in the calendar.
