A complete and very friendly service. Clean, modern and cozy apartment with all comfort. Mountain view from the bedroom. Nice garden with bbq and play area for children. Very very nice apartment in Kaprun, clean, very well equipped, simply to be comfortable, nice landlord.
We stayed over Easter 2012 with a friendly family in the house Barbara in the apartments Robin and Nina. Both apartments are excellently equipped and very clean. The apartments can together as a large family or individually be booked.
Efficient free Wi-Fi.
Heated ski cellar. Ski bus stop to Schmitten and the kitzsteinhorn Glacier in the immediate area.

... the important role played Exklusive apartements, where we stayed during our vacation. Apartements were wonderfull and very conveniently located to ski areas. It was nice that the price includes visit of Tauren spa, which allows you to get complete relaxation and restoration of power for conquering the mountain for the next day again. I recommend! We were the second time and again happy. It is just a great place to stay. The host is extremely friendly, the apartment is very good equipped and tastefully decorated, for skiing one can between kitzsteinhorn and schmittenhöhe mountain in Zell great choice, the included Tauern SpA-map we gladly used.
