price-performance absolutely great!
location is not the best but it was all in a reasonable period. With the metro or taxi ride away ☺ (also on foot but it was a further away * g*)
hotel very clean and well maintained-the area is now definitely not the best and definitely not to the romantic A stroll ☺
breakfast is OK - but also not more! Choice was rather poor quality however TOP!

This hotel is just great, the location is very central in Pais and despite the location you can't hear the slightest noise in the rooms because the Windows are very well sealed the lighting of the hotel constantly changing the color which is very romantic. We (my sister and I) stayed in four days of Paris unsafe. The hotel is a bit out of the way in a very quiet area with approximately typically French local, where tourists rather less-really recommendable! The metro is just around the corner. The hotel is very good, overall. The staff was very helpful and even good English. Everything is clean and very modern decor, but the hotel is not in the best part of town. The nearest metro station is only about 300 meters away, from there you are in ten minutes to the tourist area of town center. The staff were extremely helpful and can speak English, the location was good and right by a metro so you could travel anywhere, there was on site parking so no worries about leaving the car unattended, lovely spacious rooms very clean and a lovely fresh smell not stale or dirty, lovely breakfast in the morning but we wished they did evening meals, having said that it was nice because it made you go out and try different places, overall we had a great stay and an amazing time, the hotel was a place to sleep, clean and recharge and it's all about what you do with your time and how much you make of it, we would recommend the hotel. - in November 10
