Plus & minus in one week... - very nice hotel, where details nerves and with complaint average is handled. - on arrival was unfortunately much snow on the street, so we by car not the Nassfeld raufkammen. A assistance of the hotel was not offered us, we would, in Tröbolach about 3 hours for a taxi to wait. That we instead the falkensteiner in Tröbolach evening eat could was of course not possible. We were in the second week in February in this part of new designed hotel... The architecture and the interior fittings is really wonderful managed. The entrance hall is maybe a bit too large designed... The ski room too small -but it is in the spring amended. Definitely a room in the newer part-it pays! If you like for family vacationing, is in the wrong place here at the place... Here, you noticed that now the hotel chain in the background... Rather impersonal, what we now but not so disturbing... Very beautiful hotel with super wellness area and good food. There is also a private buffet for the children in the evening. The lunch snack is also great, always soup, salads, Pasta, fries and 1 dining, and dessert. Partly you can tell, that the hotel is not long open and therefore the staff during dinner do not get along. But nevertheless all were very hard-working and friendly. Unfortunately, you can tell, this is now a large hotel group (falkensteiner) belongs. Very friendly staff, but Ganzens but rather impersonal and interchangeable. There is a row of double rooms, which small are, in the bathroom I could hardly move! After a complaint we got a larger, the price adequate room the very, very small cRT TV was outdated. You should definitely sample, in new, renovated part of the hotel to get a room!
