Our second skiing vacation and it may well be, that we next year come again. Everything was okay, you are right on the elevator, the SpA is lovely, the children love this indoor pool and particularly the large outdoor pool, which this year also pleasant was warm. The hotel has a ideal location to the lifts, has a very pleasant atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable and clean and have everything which one so for vacation needs. The breakfast buffet is spacious, newspapers sun loungers and also, you could enjoy the beautiful view from the large glass wall. The audience was very mixed and it was nice to see, as flexible the staff use it.

The name is apparently not falkensteiner for quality. The staff in the restaurant was everything else than friendly! The breakfast plates were not yet abegräumt coffee served! The dinner was very tasteless and simple... Wellness offer is very good. Cleanliness in the rooms left a lot to be desired... Conclusion: this hotel simply has no four stars deserved! Read more

we had in this hotel a very relaxing weekend, although unfortunately no snow in Carinthia. The hotel, rooms, wellness area, restaurant are very well run and you feel welcome from the first moment.
