We were five of us in a room. two bunk beds and a single bed. This was unfortunately not in the reservation, otherwise we would have not. If I went with my husband in the vacation, I would also like to sleep in a bed with him...! The rooms were not very clean. The breakfast was poor for a four star hotel. Every day only cold meats, cheese and boiled eggs. The dinner was great. There was a soup, two menus and 1 dessert in buffet form. UR delicious! The SPA is also nice! A dream is the hot tub! For the very reasonable price (voucher) very good value, to small wellness area, small steam sauna, Finnish sauna, very nice to look at, and tidy but unfortunately only for a maximum of 5-6 people. Friendly service, very good food. Read more

In and exterior are a plaisent modern version of the classic Autrian style.
We saw all types of people: singles to old people with two big dogs.
They do have some little problems, but nothing that would greatly influence enjoying our stay here. An example: our room got really cold at night, despite the thermostate put to 25degrees. Our friends room didn't cool down.

We'have been here for the fifth time in the former Plankenauwirt. This alone would have been enough to be meaningful. We are always in Plankenauwirt. The village is ideal access to ski area, as the bus stops right in front of the door of the Plankenauwirts and then in about 8 minutes walk from the gondola station.
