If you a four-star hotel bay, on the Internet so that is well presented, and little therefor pay, you would expect a lot more. Alone the rooms will appear much nicer, than they really are, and our room was not very clean! Not even bathrobes in the room available, slippers already impossible! We have stayed at this hotel several times. Due to bad weather we could hiking this year only a few, but there is no problem at all, because we could enjoy the wellness area as well. The new highlight is the outdoor heated swimming pool: at the swimming, you had the view of the snow-covered mountain peaks. Also the sauna rituals with the different plus we enjoyed this year particularly good. The massages are a must! This hotel is not the four stars endeavored. We had the type maiern in the Junior suite change since the rooms are old and in poor condition. The staff is not trained and the food is also not four stars. For a stay of second day of the five mistakes! We are very disappointed from this hotel.! Read more
