This beautiful residence rises up over Lake Garda immersed in a vast garden of over 15,000 sq mt.
This ancient spinning-mill dates back to the early 1800's and has been lovingly resored to its former glory, the arches, porticos, stairways, coloumns and ancient walls that once housed the silk-mill have been renovated under the supervision of the Italian historical arts council.
The residence offers every possible luxury including a swimming-pool for adults, a swimming-pool and play area for children, a lovely garden for relaxing and sunbathing, laundry-room, a wonderful restaurant, reception and carpark.
For those who appreciate an outdoor life, traditional cooking and a peaceful holiday atmosphere then Lake Garda is the right place for them.

La filanda offers an insight into typical stay the guest. The area is kept as a former vineyard urspünlich and attractively restored.
The decor is part, simply, but the necessary is there-and it is well-kept!
Us were plenty of towels and bed linen provided.
Our other languages was on the third floor, on the we made several marble stairs. But we had a view from our windows on the ground the lake.
The area is quiet and several old houses. It is located on the large outdoor opportunities a quiet spot to find under the trees.

It is to a resort, no gastronomy is a hotel. the very good restaurant in the area, but is independently managed that.
For families is a very good holiday possible, a nice property and class places nearby. we recommend, to take a larger apartment.
We were there three times now and every time is satisfied, but in the off-season, then the ratio price-performance Verh. in any case a year (2010) we had in about three days of bad weather, or could not more at the pool, but trips to verone , Mantua, etc. were possible. Read more

For tourists the looking for peace and quiet, above all at night, this area is very to be recommended. If you're on a balcony or a terrace sets, this should specify at the time of booking with. The restaurant promises a sophisticated atmosphere, but every day the same standard should on the menu and a la carte dining.
