No service, the house is failing without staff there.
We wanted to spend two Christmas holidays there after the first night and left. When we arrived there was only a note on the door, with the reference, key from the room are located on the rooms. Far and wide no staff. In one room we found our names and finally put the key. This is called the ostrauer Hof
