The normal rooms do not look like the flyer! On the flyer are the suites shown. There is enough rooms and a large stay area (including lobby). There one can in the afternoon coffee and cakes food. The rooms be cleaned every day and are clean. The coffee and cakes in the afternoon are free. The normal rooms are livable. They are still in the'eighties. It pulls by the window. We can't recommend the hotel. the pictures the place look great but unfortunately this is not what you find. there is a new and an old area, we ended up in the old( Tauernhof). the rooms are very run down and in accordance with the seventies style. the bathroom has a pure disaster and not at all appealing. Broken tiles, very cramped, no shower curtains and old washbasin where the water temperature with two taps (not together tiles) to stop. the beds totally worn out as the backache preprogrammed. I have here a few the negative reviews read and, to be honest, don't understand any! The hotel may maybe old, but it is clean and comfortable, the rooms have a pleasant size, there is a massive games room, a spa area (which we however not used have) and a great large restaurant (divided into several together connected rooms). it is true, that the other lady at the front desk not information bursted with, but otherwise all were very, very nice and accommodating -from the maids to the restaurant service. and as for the food-it was really fir... The vacation hotel Alber unloving and poorly managed. we had the first room- category we had booked and had to write a list, which had to be repaired (toilets light, shower only one cold or boiling hot, balcony door from the anchorage, mattress moldy, all shades with water damage, no hangers...) the rooms are although commodious, but not very nice. Everywhere unpleasant smell in the house. the staff at the front desk is unfriendly and inkompetend -as well as the heads. on the friendly the criticism was only cocky-but at least were handle... We had small group of 8 persons all in all 5 rooms with half board booked. The hotel has a great starting point the ankogel, extremely nice staff. Our rooms were the available space was, very spacious measured, clean and tidy, even with balcony. There were still very many guests from abroad osteuropäischem in the hotel building. There was the one or other guest-or other 'problem', but the hotelier not aware of their responsibilities. Our rooms were excellent. All five rooms on one floor, clean and tidy.
