the hotel is already getting a bit old, is however al comfortable to describe. The cleanliness is OK. The hotel was not very busy, the audience was mixed with guests the 30 years dominated.
For the paid price it is too expensive. The room (most expensive category) was very simply furnished, the furniture was surely already some years on the embossment. Also the bath was getting old, you could shower in the bathtub, there was a shower curtain appropriate.
at the washbasin it took me a bit patience, to the water was warm. It ran only a weak wa... Read more

We are in a Dee Lux room and everything in the room was even a play station for the kids, we even got four games. For the children there was a playroom with Play Station and two two a play station three, unfortunately did not work two! -A shame for the kids! For the adults there was almost nothing-No sauna etc. also a pity! But otherwise everything was good room, bathroom was a bit small, cleanliness etc. Read more

Normally campsites at home, we are certainly not the most demanding guests. Overall the hotel made a good impression, which after the first night was, however, gone.
In our room the 'nice' category, which we preferred 'noisy' better, it was impossible to sleep. The noise of the right lower bar (music, yelling) in combination with the road noise (traffic, guests of the bar) with opened windows are a disgrace. The old beds gave us the rest with modest length and squeaking rust.
The staff was very accommodating and most everything else than com... Read more

The breakfast was always very nice with a variety of fresh breads. The half board was very good. Perhaps not fantastic but still very good. It was a three course menu included, the fourth hallway could you for

This was a great hotel, good facilities - I particularly liked the free internet facilities and the nice little touches (information box, welcoming drink, friendly ethos).
Good room with TV and lovely bathroom. I really liked the little touches (information box).
Staff were very friendly, and did everything to help and answer questions. I was slightly disappointed there was a credit card charge - and my debit (not credit!) card was still charged. Never mind!
Silvaplana is very pretty, but smaller than we thought. Great for outdoors activiti... Read more
